This challenge is all about uncovering what drives you and learning how to better understand the people around you.
The “True Colors” series is a step-by-step look at how personality traits shape our communication, teamwork, and leadership styles. You’ll watch each short video in order, reflect on the content, and walk away with practical tools to strengthen your personal and professional relationships.
Whether you're a “Blue” with a passion for people or a “Gold” who thrives on structure, you’ll gain fresh insight into how to connect, collaborate, and lead with impact.
🎯 Your Mission:
Complete all videos in the series before Friday, August 1st. Each video builds on the last so make sure to follow the order. No skipping ahead! If you have already watched the series, you will need to watch again for this challenge. At the end of the challenge let us know what your color in the comments.
This challenge will set you up for the live stream session with Amanda that will happen on Tuesday August 5th where Amanda will be teaching leaders how to use the colors system to effectively manage their teams.
