Jennifer, I know we traded emails, but dropping those templates here as well.Email #1 (Marketing Outreach)Subject: Quick intro

Hi NAME,

I wanted to quickly introduce myself. We work with local businesses like Company A, Company B, and Company C to help them connect with their customers and grow through targeted customer marketing campaigns.

As your schedule allows, I’d love to learn more about [COMPANY NAME] along with your customer outreach goals. Are you available the week of October 14th for a quick phone call?

Email #2 (Follow-Up)Subject: Following up

Hi again, NAME –

I know your inbox is probably a busy place, so I just wanted to send a quick follow-up. I’d love to connect with [COMPANY NAME] to hear more about your customer outreach priorities and see if there’s a way we can help support them.

For quick reference, I’ve included my original note below.

Looking forward to connecting,[Your Name][Your Standard Footer]

Yes. I wish it was a perfect reach everyone in one swoop type of message, but unfortunately that doesn't exist (yet). One thing we've been trying as well is short intro videos of ourselves that we email over as well. Look at vidyard.com as an example. Some really cool tools that seem to further break through the clutter and allow us to be personalized. Email, in-person, phone, short videos, snail mail, social, Linkedin. Consistency and being front and center will win, but just takes a mixture of messages. We're in this together!!

In general, I think it's important for us to find commonalities. While I'm certainly always learning on my end, I tend to ask a lot of questions and practice the art of listening. This allows me to better understand. I may not relate in all areas, but in some other areas I can.
