Write your “Stage Setter” email. Keep it short, introduce yourself and your company, and ask a simple, low-pressure question.
Write your follow-up email. Send it a few days later, make it casual and personal, acknowledge their busy inbox, and re-state your purpose.
Reflect on the process. Tell us after writing the emails, did the follow-up feel more natural or authentic? How did it change your approach?
